I’m Shaylah White-Pearson, a brand and communications strategist and the founder of SWP Consulting. For more than a decade, I’ve helped organizations find the throughline between the work they do and the way they communicate it.

I’ve built communications functions, shaped brand voices, and translated complex work into messages that connect with audiences, funders, partners, and teams. At a national health equity nonprofit, that work included brand voice, storytelling initiatives, stakeholder reporting, and sustained audience growth.

Today, I bring that experience to established founders, thought leaders, and mission-driven organizations that need clear thinking and communications they can put to work.
